Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Fremantle
Coffee Roasters ABN: 71 232 404 172, located at 148 Dale Road,
Middle Swan. 6056
2.Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Farmers Jacks, Nikola Estate, and any associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
3.Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 01/09/2025 and ends on 30/09/25, or while stocks of specially marked products last.
4. How to Enter
To participate, consumers must purchase a specially marked 1kg or 250g bag of Fremantle Coffee Roasters coffee from any Farmers Jacks store in Western Australia during the Promotion Period.
Selected bags will contain a physical “Golden Ticket” (or other coloured prize ticket).
If a consumer finds a ticket inside their sealed coffee bag, they are deemed a provisional winner of the prize indicated on the ticket, subject to verification.
5.Prizes
Major Prize: One coffee machine Bellezza Chiara Leva Coffee Machine & Grinder.
Other Prizes: Various bottles of wine, gift vouchers, and lunch experiences at Nikola Estate (prizes and values as printed on tickets).
Total prize pool value is estimated at AUD $5000.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
6. Prize Claiming
To claim a prize, winners must contact the Promoter via the details provided on the winning ticket and present both the ticket and proof of purchase.
Claims must be lodged by, Prizes must be collected from 90 Frobisher Road, Osborne Park or as otherwise arranged with the Promoter.
7. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry, ticket, and proof of purchase, and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms.
Tickets are only valid
if issued by the Promoter and found within a sealed coffee bag.
Photocopies, altered, damaged, forged or defaced tickets will not be
accepted.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize remains unclaimed by , the Promoter may conduct further promotional activities to award the prize, subject to regulatory approval.
9. Liability
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of participation in this promotion or acceptance of any prize.
The Promoter makes no representation as to the suitability of any prize and accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value or specifications.
10.Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy [insert link].
Details may be used to contact winners and for related marketing purposes unless the entrant opts out.
11.General
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is conducted under the laws of Western Australia.
